Ginger Goforth joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 1995, after serving from 1994-95 as law clerk to the Honorable C. Tolbert Goolsby, Jr. (South Carolina Court of Appeals), with whom she co-authored “The South Carolina Tort Claims Act:  A Primer and then Some” (3^rd ed., 2003).  Ms. Goforth’s practice focuses primarily on trial and appellate practice.  She has also served as Adjunct Faculty Member in the Converse College Paralegal program (1997-1998) and as Secretary-Treasurer to the Spartanburg County Domestic Violence Board.  Ms. Goforth is admitted to appear in all South Carolina state and federal courts.
