Ginger Goforth joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 1995, after serving a one year clerkship with the Honorable C. Tolbert Goolsby, Jr. (South Carolina court of Appeals), with whom she co-authored "The South Carolina Tort Claims Act: A Primer and then Some" (3rd ed., 2003). Ms. Goforth's practice focuses primarily on litigation, with a concentration in representing governmental entities, and appellate practice. She has served as adjunct faculty for the Converse College Paralegal Program, and is currently a board member for the Spartanburg County Criminal Domestic Violence Coordinating Council and the spartanburg Charter School. Ms. Goforth is admitted to appear in all South Carolina state and federa courts.
