Kyle Clelland joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 2011 after serving as law clerk to the Honorable J. Mark Hayes, II (2010-2011).  His practice focuses on business formation and governance, commercial transactions, purchases and sales of closely held businesses, commercial financing, and commercial and residential real estate closings.  Kyle lives in Spartanburg with his wife, Carlson.
