Timothy Maio

Timothy has secured jury trial defense verdicts in complex medical malpractice cases throughout South Carolina. His current practice is diverse and includes medical malpractice, commercial litigation, appellate law, employment law, construction disputes, and business transactions.

After graduating from T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, South Carolina, Timothy enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After completing his four-year enlistment, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, and then his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Outside the office, Timothy enjoys staying physically active and spending time with his wife and their three children.
